Return and Refund Policy

Please read the following terms carefully before making a return.

Terms and Conditions

All products purchased through our website must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return or exchange.

1. Order Cancellation

Before delivery:
You may cancel your order if it has not yet left our warehouse. Please contact our customer service at support@yoose.eu to cancel your order.

After shipment:
If the order has already been shipped, please contact our service team to request a cancellation.

2. Order Modification

To modify an order before receiving it, please refer to our shipping terms.
We cannot modify an order after the customer has received it.
In this case, you may:

  • Place a new order
  • Return the products from the original order after obtaining pre-approval from our customer service

All return requests must comply with our return conditions and receive pre-approval via email.

3. Right of Withdrawal

3.1 Eligibility

If you are a consumer (a natural person placing the order for purposes unrelated to commercial or professional activities), you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

3.2 Return Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will bear the regular return shipping costs.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you (or a third party you appoint, who is not the carrier) receive the goods.

Cancellation Deadline:
It is sufficient that you send the cancellation notice before the end of the cancellation period.


Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel the contract:

  • We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs for a delivery method you chose other than the standard one offered).
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice.
  • Refunds will use the same payment method as your original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until:

  • We have received the goods back, or
  • You have provided proof of returning the goods

Return of Goods:
You must return the goods no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Important:
You may be responsible for any loss in value of the goods caused by unnecessary handling.


Free Exchange

Customers may refuse a package if there is significant shipping damage affecting functionality or report missing, severely damaged parts, or other quality issues within 30 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Free Exchange:

  • Contact customer service
  • Provide photos and/or videos as evidence

Definition of Critically Damaged Items:
Products with obvious deformation that affects normal functionality.

Situations NOT eligible for free replacement or refund:

  • Minor damage to outer packaging
  • Minor scratches or paint loss on the product
  • Damage or wear due to excessive use
  • Damage or wear after an extended period or many uses

Important Notes for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
  • If original packaging is missing, up to 50 EUR may be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of replacement packaging.
  • We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 30 days after receiving the item.

Refund for Quality Problems

  • Within 30 days of receipt: Defective products can be returned or exchanged free of charge.
  • After 30 days of receipt: Returns are not accepted, but we will assist with repairs.
