Shipping Policy

Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Free Shipping:

  • Germany and Austria: Free shipping on orders over €29.99.
  • Other European countries: Free shipping on orders over €29.99.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on location.

Delivery & Shipping

Once payment is received and the item is in stock, we usually arrange dispatch within 48 hours:

  • Germany: Delivery within 48 hours of dispatch is possible.
  • Other EU countries and the UK: Delivery typically within 3–7 business days.

Note:

  • The delivery times above are typical estimates under normal conditions.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, customs inspections, riots).
  • CLS DAFA GmbH (yoose Europe) cannot be held liable for shipping delays beyond our control.
  • Orders placed after 12 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped the following business day at the earliest.
  • For security reasons, CLS DAFA GmbH may contact customers to confirm orders, which could delay processing.

Customs Fees

All our products are shipped from EU warehouses, and we prepay customs fees for deliveries within Europe.

  • No additional customs fees or VAT will be charged to customers after purchase.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped during weekends.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Most vacuum cleaner orders are shipped via ground services.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Processing time and potential additional verification are not included in the estimated delivery time.

Important: CLS DAFA GmbH is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

All applicable shipping charges (excluding customs fees, if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.


Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping notification via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
  • Tracking information will be included in this notification.

Items Damaged in Transit

While we take care to package products securely, damages during transport may occur:

  • If you receive a visibly damaged package, refuse the delivery and have the driver note the reason as "damaged."
  • If damage is discovered after acceptance, report it immediately to both the courier and us within 72 hours.
  • Steps to follow:
  1. Take clear photos of the damage.
  2. Request a confirmation or claim number from the courier.
  3. Open a support ticket with CLS DAFA GmbH (yoose Europe) and provide photos and the courier’s claim number.
  4. Important: Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Delivery Terms

  • Orders over €200 and warranty services require a signature upon delivery, unless otherwise requested.
  • Deliveries are typically made between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m..
  • Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will incur a re-shipping fee of up to €35 (depending on the product).

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will bear the cost of re-delivery.
  • CLS DAFA GmbH (yoose Europe) is not responsible for lost orders resulting from incorrect address details.
